Shaping:
the craftsman uses a wooden mold to imprint the outline of the petals, and then trims the piece by hand, preserving the natural drawing traces and the folds of the petal edges, making the curvature of each piece unique;

The clay has been strengthened by three times of pounding to increase its density by 40%, so that it can withstand daily light bumps and leaves only shallow traces without cracking; the glaze contains natural anti-bacterial minerals, so that it is as clean as new after a long time of use.
